Pizza Perugino

This was the family Pizzeria, the second ever in Trieste Italy, 1965. Pizzas were 'new' at the time and only recently been introduced to the north of Italy. To pay off the debt incurred by Simone's grandfather, Edy Vascotto had never closed for 3 years. It's recognition lead to making 600 pizzas per weekend.
